Understanding Packages

About

The Packages page is the main module for creating, configuring, and managing bundled service offerings. It serves as the “product catalog” for your business, allowing administrators to combine individual services into subscription models or pre-paid bundles.


Creating a Package 

Follow these steps to create a package: 

  1. Select Package from the main menu on the left side of your portal.
  2. Click the name field to title your package (e.g., Premium Housekeeping)
  3. Provide a description to explain what the package includes.
  4. Set the availability:
    • Select Immediately to make the package bookable right away. Choose Set Expiration Date if the package should be available for a limited time.
    • Select Specific Date to set the date from which the package will be available. Choose Set Expiration Date if the package should be available for a limited time.

Service Configuration

Add specific recurring services here. Leave blank if this is a flexible credit/allowance-only package.

  1. Select a Service from the dropdown.
  2. Enter the duration of the service in minutes.
  3. Select how often this service should be performed. Choose one of the following options from the dropdown: Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, 4 weeks, 12 weeks, 26 weeks, or 52 weeks.
  4. Click the + button to add additional services to your package.
  5. Click the trash can icon to remove a service.

Pricing & Finance

There are two options for pricing models:

1. Fixed Subscription Price

  • Select Fixed Subscription Price.
  • Enter the Price and choose your preferred Currency (e.g., SEK or EUR).
  • Enter the invoice cycle in weeks.
  • Enter the commitment period in months.

2. Pay Per Service

  • Select Pay Per Service.
  • Enter the commitment period in months.

Finalizing the Package

  1. Review the service configuration and pricing before finishing.
  2. Click Create to save the package.
