The Salary Configurations page is your primary tool for standardizing and automating payment. By defining clear salary models, you ensure transperancy across your organization and significantly reduce the risk of administrative errors during payroll cycles.


Why use salary configurations?

  • Manage amounts, currencies, and payout intervals in one dedicated location.
  • Create tailored models for different types of assignments or contract forms.
  • Ensure the correct compensation is automatically assigned to the right team member.


Creating a salary type

Follow these steps to build a consistent compensation model:

  1. Select Salary Configurations from the main menu.
  2. Click the + Add salary type button.
  3. Enter a clear, descriptive name (e.g., "Junior Base Pay" or "Weekend Premium").
  4. Briefly explain the purpose of the model to help other administrators identify it quickly.
  5. Select Fixed Salary for standard compensation models. Specify the currency (e.g., SEK, USD, EUR) and enter the exact amount.
  6. Define the frequency of payments, such as weekly or monthly.
  7. Double-check that all numerical data is accurate and click Create to save the configuration.
