Create a Customer

Follow these steps to create a customer:

  1. Select Customers from the main menu on the left side of your portal.
  2. Click the Add Customer button.
  3. Enter the customer’s first and last name.
  4. Provide the customer’s email address and phone number.
    • Note: Include the country code (e.g., +46 for Sweden).
  5. Select the customer’s country from the dropdown menu.
  6. Click the search bar and enter the customer’s address.
  7. Select the customer’s gender from the dropdown menu.
  8. Enter the customer’s date of birth.
  9. Provide a description outlining the relevant details for the customer.
  10. Click Create to save.
