How to Create a Service Zone

Follow these steps to create a service zone:

1. Select Coverage Map from the main meny on the left side of your portal.
2. Click the Draw new polygon button.
3. Start by clicking points on the map to outline the shape of your service area.
4. To complete the polygon, click on your initial starting point to close it.
5. Once the shape is closed, a window will appear. Specify the country and enter a zone name (e.g., Stockholm).
6. Select the services by checking the boxes for each service that should be bookable within this zone.
7. Click Create to save.

Managing a Service Zone

• If you no longer service an area, click the existing polygon on the map and select the trash can icon to remove it.
• Click any zone to view which services are currently active within its boundaries.

Note: Don’t worry about being “pixel-perfect” on the first try. You can always delete and redraw zones to better match your actual commute times or Buddy availability as your logistics data improves.
